🚚 Delivery Information

  • All purchases are automatically delivered to your Minecraft account.

  • Delivery usually happens instantly after payment is completed.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15–30 minutes due to server or Tebex delays.

  • Ensure your Minecraft IGN (username) is entered correctly during checkout.

  • Purchases are delivered to the account used at the time of payment and cannot be transferred.

If your purchase is not delivered within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with:

  • Your Minecraft IGN

  • Proof of purchase (Tebex receipt)

  • Date and time of purchase

💎 Important Note About Purchases

All purchases made on this store are considered donations to support Axolotol Network.
In-game items, ranks, or perks are thank-you rewards for your support.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are NOT provided for digital items once they have been delivered (in some cases allowed).

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Changing your mind

    • Being banned or punished on the server

    • Not liking the purchased item

    • Incorrect username entered by the buyer

Refunds may ONLY be considered if:

  • The item was not delivered at all, and

  • You contacted support with valid proof of purchase.

⚠️ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Chargebacks are allowed.

  • Any chargeback or payment dispute will remove the ingame perks unless it is coins.
